  2. 2 Video processed locally on edge device
  3. 3 Patient activity classified
  4. 4 Risk level assigned
  5. 5 Alert generated by room number
  6. 6 Alert sent to hospital system
  7. 7 Video discarded or retained according to hospital-approved local policy

PRIVACY ARCHITECTURE

How Ailert Senses Without Compromising Patient Privacy.

A wall-mounted camera observes the monitored care area while an on-site edge device processes the video locally. The system detects patient activity such as bed exit, sitting at the edge of the bed, standing, walking, wandering, and falls.
For fall-prevention and fall-detection alerts, Ailert does not require patient identity. Alerts can be generated using the room number, alert type, severity, and timestamp.

SAFE REMOTE MONITORING

Patient Privacy by Design

Video is processed locally on hospital-controlled edge hardware. For room-based fall prevention and fall detection, Ailert transmits only event data such as room number, activity detected, severity, and timestamp. Patient images and video are not stored in the cloud.
